Autoship is a program we've launched that helps you worry about less about your contacts so you can focus on what's most important in life. Our Autoship program lets you schedule regular deliveries of contact lenses, so you never run out of your vision essentials.
How does Autoship work?
Autoship allows you to set up repeat contact lens deliveries saving you both time and money. When you set up your first Autoship, you'll receive 25% off the Autoship eligible items in your order. After that, you'll save 15% or more for all future Autoship orders.

The best part is that you get to schedule the frequency of when they are delivered to you and you will receive free shipping on eligible orders.
To start your Autoship, shop your favourite brands of contact lenses as you normally do, and just add to cart. At Checkout, click the sign-up box. You'll be able to select how often you want to receive your shipments. You can change your schedule anytime, by contacting our customer care team or by accessing the Manage Autoship tab. Just place your order, and we will handle it from there!
Note: If you wish to change your Autoship date, please select a date at least 5 days in advance to allow the system enough time to process the new order.
For example, if you access the website on 11/01 and want to receive your order as soon as possible, select 11/06 as the new Autoship date.
To avoid delays, always set the next Autoship date at least five days after the current date. This lead time ensures the proper processing of your order.
We will send you an email when your original order ships, and just before your next order comes up, we'll send you an email reminder. As a valued Autoship customer, we prioritize your orders with reserved inventory and VIP support.
How can I manage my schedule?
You can easily modify the shipping frequency of your Autoship order, as well as delay or pause or cancel if needed by logging in, clicking on My Account -> Manage Autoship.
Alternatively, if you want to pause your Autoship deliveries temporarily, you can adjust the next shipment date through the "Manage Autoship" section on your account. This allows you to skip shipments without canceling your subscription entirely.
How do I cancel my autoship?
If you wish to put your Autoship on pause or cancel future shipments of your Autoship order, log into your account, click My Account-> Manage Autoship. You can cancel anytime. Note that subscribing to our Autoship program provides you with the best possible savings on contact lenses, backed by our lowest price guarantee.
For a more detailed self-service option, navigate to "Manage Autoship" from your account profile, select the program you want to cancel, and choose the "Cancel" option. You can also contact support to request cancellation, where a representative will confirm and process your request.
Note: Canceling the Autoship after an automatic order is already submitted will not cancel the new order. Contact the customer service team and they can help. If you have multiple subscriptions and continue receiving unwanted shipments after canceling one, ensure that you check and cancel all active subscriptions in your account. In the event you cancel a subscription and an order has already shipped, wait for the delivery and return it at no cost.
Can I modify my Autoship order?
You can effortlessly add or remove products from your scheduled Autoship order by contacting our customer care team. Leave the hard work to us and we will take care of it.
When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method will be charged automatically by the system when the new order is submitted.
How can I change my payment method?
To manage credit cards stored for Autoship, navigate to the Manage Autoship section, select the subscription to update, and adjust the payment details directly through our website.
You can change your payment method at anytime! You can change your card from the Manage Autoship tab. If you set up your Autoship through Apple Pay or PayPal, you will need to change the card in your Apple Pay or PayPal account and then the system will be able to charge the new card.
If your payment method expires and can no longer be charged by our system, you are going to receive an email informing you about it so you can change the payment method.In case of failed payments because of expired cards or old linked subscriptions, ensure your payment details are updated on the respective platform.
Why has the price of an item in my order changed?
When your next Autoship shipment is heading out of our warehouse, we'll send you an email reminder that includes the most up-to-date prices for the items in your order. Note that our prices are subject to fluctuations to remain competitive within the market. With that in mind, note that the Autoship program offers discounts on future orders, plus we have a price match guarantee should you find a lower total for your order elsewhere.
What if I order glasses and contacts and select Autoship?
Your contacts will Autoship, glasses will only be shipped on the first order.
Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee. You can cancel anytime.
Terms & Conditions
For Autoship eligible items only. Some exclusions apply. Discount automatically applied when Autoship is selected at checkout. No coupons necessary. **The Autoship promotion is limited to one introductory offer per household. Offer is subject to change without notice and shipping costs may apply for orders that are under the free shipping threshold. The discount is calculated off the current website price at the time of order or re-order. Other discounts cannot be combined with Autoship. Any other promo code added after will replace the Autoship offer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are in breach of the terms and conditions of this offer. You can cancel anytime after you have received your first reorder.
