Do you ship with other carriers since CanadaPost is on strike?

Updated over a week ago

Yes; we ship with other carriers such as FedEX, UPS or other local carriers available in your area. We also collaborate with UniUni, a reliable alternative carrier, to further diversify delivery options and ensure shipments are unaffected by postal strikes.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates during a postal strike may be delayed until scanned by the carrier. We recommend regularly checking the tracking link provided via email for the latest updates.

However, if you have a PO Box, we will only be able to ship the package via CanadaPost and this can delay the delivery. If possible, please provide a physical address and we will ship the package using a different carrier. Additionally, alternative carriers like UPS, FedEx, and UniUni do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, highlighting the necessity of providing a physical street address during such scenarios.

Please note that if you live in a remote area where you know that other carriers will not deliver, your package might only be shipped out and picked up when the strike ends.
