When placing your order, you’ll have the option to upload your prescription after selecting the number of boxes you’d like. Accepted file formats for uploading include JPEG and PDF. Once uploaded, your prescription will be reviewed by verification agents who will handle the lens parameter entry for you.
If you don’t have it available at the time, you can also email it to us at [email protected] or fax it to 1-877-893-7617.
Alternatively, if you provide us with your doctor’s contact information (either during the ordering process or by email), we’d be happy to reach out to their office directly to obtain your prescription on your behalf.
