Can I use contact lens box information to update or fulfill my order instead of providing a valid prescription?

If your vision has not changed and the lenses you want to order match your doctor's prescribed brand, providing the details from your current lens boxes or pictures of the boxes can expedite the process.

We do not recommend switching brands or parameters without consulting the doctor and getting some trials as we cannot replace, refund or issue credit for boxes that have been opened. As an online retailer, we cannot resell boxes if they are not in original condition so if you wish to try a different brand an/or parameters, please get some trials from the doctor before placing the order with us.
