Below is a list of the most common ones, their explanation and current solution.
People Corporation
error NODUPS - Service code V25xx cannot be submitted twice on same date.
This error occurs when you are trying to purchase multiple, identical items on the same order.
For example two boxes of the same brand of contacts, even though the prescription is different for each box or two pairs of glasses with the same type of lens upgrade cannot be purchased on the same error. You will need to submit a different order for each item.
If the situation above isn't your case, it can also occur if you've tried the submit an order on the same day. Please make sure to cancel the Insurance Claim on our website and try again in 24 hours.
If in 24 hours you cannot submit the order via Direct Billing, we recommend paying out of pocket and filling for reimbursement using the itemized receipt.

This error occurs when you are trying to purchase multiple items on the same order.
You will need to submit a different order for each item.
Alberta Blue Cross
error KEY204 - RR001-The cost of service is less or equal to $0. Transaction is not processed.
This error occurs when you are trying to purchase glasses with standard lenses. As they are free of charge, the insurance denies the claim as it seems is as a $0 item.
You need to choose a different type of lens with an upgrade or confirm with them if you can file for reimbursement using the receipt.
error CODE_INVAL - 48119.1: Service product code is invalid
This error occurs when you do not enter the parameters for the items you are trying to purchase.
You can go back, add the parameters to the lenses or contacts and then proceed with the claim again.
Canada Life
error Transmission returned SOAP fault: An error has occurred. The claim could not be processed. - Error encountered executing.
This error occurs when the claim cannot be processed correctly so the order doesn't get submitted. Contact the insurer and request a PDF of the claim confirmation, showing your insurance details and the amount charged. Once we have this document, we can contact the insurance company and start the reimbursement process.
Canada Life - PSHCP
KEY204 - OTHER INSURANCE INFO DOESN'T MATCH. MEMBER MUST UPDATE POSITIVE ENROLMNT.^^INFO AUTRE ASSURANCE DIFFERE. PARTICIPANT DOIT ACTUALISER ADH. PREALABLE.
Industrial Alliance
error Transmission returned SOAP fault: An error has occurred. The claim could not be processed. - Internal Error - SOAP call to the Carrier failed. Type: System.Exception Message: Error received from SOA Hub.
This error occurs when the claim cannot be processed correctly so the order doesn't get submitted.
