Managing Marketing Communication Preferences

If you wish to stop receiving marketing emails or SMS messages from us, there are several steps to manage your communication preferences effectively.

Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails

To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, follow these steps:

  1. Unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of our marketing emails.

  2. Submit a request via email. Once the request is submitted, it typically takes up to 1 business day to process and remove your email from the mailing list, after which you will stop receiving promotional communications.

If you are receiving daily automated emails, like "Thanks for contacting us" feedback emails:

  • These are typically sent after a conversation reply. Simply ignore these emails, and they will stop after some time without further replies.

Unsubscribing from SMS Messages

To unsubscribe from our SMS messages you can either text STOP as a reply to one of them or you can submit a request via email. Once the request is submitted, it typically takes up to 1 business day to process and remove your email from the mailing list, after which you will stop receiving promotional communications.

Is it possible to re-subscribe later?

If you wish to receive marketing communications again, you can opt back in by signing up for our mailing list.
