When Your Payment Is Charged

When you place an order with us, your payment method is charged at the moment the order is submitted. This ensures that your order can be processed and prepared without delays.

Why We Charge at the Time of Order

For security and privacy reasons, we do not store customers’ card information on file. Because of this, we are unable to process a charge at a later time once the order has been placed. Charging the payment method immediately allows us to confirm payment and begin processing your order right away.

What Happens if Changes Are Needed

If a price adjustment, modification, or cancellation is required after the order has been placed, our team will simply issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed back to the same payment method to ensure the transaction remains secure and properly documented.
