Why aren't my codes working?
General Policies on Designer Frames Designer frames are generally excluded from most promotions. Discounts typically apply only to lens upgrades, such as coatings, materials, or add-ons. If you switch from a designer frame to a non-designer KITS frame, the DESIGNER50 discount will no longer apply. To retain the discount, choose another designer frame priced the same as your original selection to avoid a balance due to the cost of the frame. Meta frames, including Ray-Ban Meta prescription frames, are excluded from discount codes.
There are a few reasons why a discount code may not apply to an order.
The most common reason is that the order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement associated with the promotion. If the order total falls below the required amount, the code will not be eligible.
Another possibility is that the discount code has expired. In that case, a different valid promotion code would need to be used.
Additionally, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers. If your lenses are already receiving an online discount, the order would not be eligible for an additional discount through a promo code. If an order was placed on an affiliated site (e.g., ContactsExpress.ca), the customer may not qualify as a new customer, and codes like HELLO or FIRSTPAIRFREE would be blocked. Promo codes may also be removed at checkout due to affiliated site order history. New-customer promotions can only be used once per account. If already redeemed, the system will block checkout. Discount codes can be used on existing accounts; creating a new account is not necessary. If your order is placed on hold due to an invalid prescription, you can retain eligibility for the HELLO code when you proceed later. Using HELLO replaces any other online promotional pricing. Choose the option that offers the best value for your order.
